11. Mr. CHIMBALANGA’s campaign messaging is centered on youth empowerment, community development, and social transformation. His emphasis has been on sports development, through the Munali Rangers Football Club, a move that has created a perception, among sections of the electorate, that he is more connected to community realities than some traditional politicians. Further, the use of sporting activities as part of his social and political outreach has enhanced his appeal among first-time voters and unemployed youths, who constitute a significant demographic within the Constituency. The electorate has received the message with enthusiasm as it challenges the perceived political rhetoric messages by other contenders.
