Ensuring every citizen is counted in all GRZ programmes ( No sacred people) 3. Coordinated development of projects by the people and for the people of choma. 4. Bridge the gap between civil servants and the people in service delivery. 5. Respect and utilize the local government workers' expertise in executing development work. 6.Appreciating the small scale farmers by ensuring feeder roads are in good state for they are the backborne of our economy. 7. Link the graduantes of CDF sponsored trainings into established industries and commercial farms as interns. 8. Consultative meetings with commercial farmers in fostering development and food security. 9. Support and defend policies that are of choma's interest the national at large. 10. Advocate for estblishment of mini civic centers in all wards for effective service delivery.
