The Campaign Team has focused its campaign message on promoting local leadership, arguing that the Candidate is a long-standing resident who understands the challenges facing Chawama Constituency. The Candidate has pledged to establish community-based enterprises, introduce skills training centres and facilitate sustainable empowerment programmes aimed at creating employment opportunities for youths and women.
