B. Ms. BANDA’s campaign message is centered on empowering women, creating opportunities for young people, improving the delivery of public services, and promoting a cleaner city. She pledges to increase opportunities for women in business and local governance, promote greater female participation in leadership and decision-making, and support programmes that enhance women's economic independence. In addition, she aims to create opportunities for youth-led enterprises by supporting skills development and entrepreneurship programmes while promoting innovation and self-employment among young people. Furthermore, she seeks to strengthen the efficiency of Lusaka City Council services through improved waste collection, sanitation, and public health services, while ensuring that residents receive timely and responsive public services. she is committed to enhancing waste management systems and promoting community cleanliness campaigns to create a cleaner and healthier environment for all residents.
