Mr. TEMBO has promised improved healthcare infrastructure, construction of markets, enhanced drainage systems, garbage collection reforms, restoration of communal water kiosks, installation of security lighting, youth skills development, women's economic empowerment, neighbourhood security initiatives and transparent, accountable leadership focused on practical service delivery. The campaign message has not been well received by the electorate as the candidate lacked visibility on the ground.
