19. Mr. KISULO’s campaign message is centered on waste management, infrastructure development of roads, drainage and flooding control. He also pledges to influence clinic upgrades and expanded access to education and youth empowerment through loans and skills training. He uses the slogan “Your Voice, Our Action, Munali Built Together”. He has stated that he is ready to work with any Government that will be elected as his focus is to put the interest of Munali people first. The message has fairly been received among the youths and traders.
