Expanding street lighting to enhance security and support economic activity, while improving roads and drainage to ease movement and reduce flooding. Markets, bus stations, and public spaces will be upgraded to provide safe and dignified environments. We will also strengthen revenue collection to ensure resources are used for visible development. Our goal is simple: a clean, safe, and well managed Kitwe for all.
