27. The campaign message focuses on the need to change Government, improve drainage systems in flood-prone areas, such as, Kamwala and addressing cost of living challenges. Further, the campaign has focused on addressing representation challenges, particularly Kabwata being portrayed as unrepresented in Parliament because the MP had allegedly failed to foster development in the area, contending that developmental projects in the Constituency were last undertaken in the PF regime. Meanwhile, the Team had also appealed to the people to vote for Mr. Harry KALABA, CF Presidential Candidate, who would improve the living standards of people, reduce the cost of living and corruption. The message has fairly been received with some expressing skepticism on the genuineness of the Candidate.
