38. Mr. MUTALI has been using the slogan “tuleyi pukuta, tuleyi cleana, tuleyi wamya”, meaning they will, clean, better and bring development to the Constituency. His message centers on promoting visible, inclusive sustainable development. He has promised to improve school infrastructures, health post, construction of skills centers through Constituency Development Fund (CDF), improve road and drainage system, as well as, expand access to clean water, sanitation and proper waste management in the Constituency. He further promises to enhance security by advocating for more Police posts, street lights, and formulation of cooperative for the youths and women empowerment. The message has been well received by the electorate, due to his appealing message for the Constituency. Further, the Candidate has been engaging the marketeers in Mtendere Ward, where he has pledged to improve structures of the trading stands. The message was well received.
