31. Mr. MVUNGA has focused his campaign message on addressing hunger and poverty among low-income communities, like Mtendere and Kalikiliki. He has promised to improve access to clean and safe water, heath care services and poor road network in order to have improved economic activities. He has further promised to restore peace and security, following the rise in drug abuse and alcohol addiction in the Constituency, a development that has contributed to increased crime. The message has been well received by the electorate, due to his pledge to restore security in the Constituency.
